He's Growing!

So I knew that Logan was feeding well, but sometimes you just never know until you have them weighed. On Wednesday Logan weighed in at 10 lbs, 5 oz - and he's only 4 weeks old. Looks like Noah has some competition!

So where does he store it all? He doesn't seem to have lots of chubbiness, but look at those cheeks!

But then when I compare him to Noah, I guess he's not really that big!

Logan's Baptism

On September 27th Logan was baptized. It was a good day and enjoyed with family and friends. He slept well in church, although not as well as his oldest two brothers. At least they woke up for the actual baptism.

An updated family picture, taken quickly before heading to the fellowship hall to enjoy coffee social.

With Opa and Oma Tenhage. One of Jay's aunts pointed out that Logan would have been Opa Vis' 148th great-grandchild!

With Grandpa and Grandma VS.

We enjoyed supper at the church - thanks to everyone for their help in providing supper and helping clean up.

"The words of promise which the LORD has spoken
Are purest silver seven times refined.
His covenant stands from age to age unbroken;
He is our God, in truth and faith enshrined."

We've Been Blessed!

On Monday September 14th we were blessed with the arrival of Logan Matthew. He was 2 weeks early, and weighed 7 lbs, 10 oz. Everything went well (and quickly).

After 2 days in the hospital, we were all ready to come home. Logan is settling in nicely, and is treating Mom quite well.
